"Links Direct" Program Terms & Conditions . . .

*SERVICE - Online Gift Baskets provides qualifying gift basket business operators with hyperlinks to their internet website(s) from various launch pages on the Online Gift Basket's internet website(s), for whatever time and duration at Online Gift Baskets full and complete discretion. At any time should Online Gift Baskets, at its sole discretion, deem a participating gift basket business operator is not in compliance with the intended objectives, these Terms and Conditions as outlined herein, or for any other reason relevant to the objectives and/or program requirements of the "Links Direct" program, Online Gift Baskets, at its sole discretion, may remove the hyperlinks provided to the internet website(s) of the gift basket business operator without prior notice and such hyperlink(s) removal shall be deemed to be without consequence, legal and/or otherwise, upon Online Gift Baskets and accordingly Online Gift Baskets shall not be held responsible for any damages, legal and/or otherwise, loss of revenue or income, or any/all other consequences as may be experienced by the participating gift basket business operator should such hyperlink removal occur.

*EXCLUSIVITY - Gift Basket business operators participating in the Online Gift Baskets "Links Direct" program may be granted an exclusivity for their home city (Primary) and in such cases the exclusivity is for the current term of the program usually concluding September 30th. Operators enjoying links from additional (secondary) cities may do so with an exclusivity only until another operator claims that city as their Primary (home city) from which they will enjoy an exclusive link. In such circumstance, Link Direct fees paid by a participating operator for secondary cities converting to a Primary city are non-refundable however, should the operator claiming such city as their Primary city, for whatever reason no longer be eligible for that city then it will be restored to the previous operator as a Secondary city at no further charge through to September 30th.

*PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS - Gift Basket business operators participating in the Online Gift Baskets "Links Direct" program are required to provide and maintain hyperlinks from their internet website(s) home page to the internet website(s) of Online Gift Baskets as may be required at any given time, for whatever time and/or duration, at Online Gift Baskets full and complete discretion so as to remain an active participant in the "Links Direct" program.

*PROGRAM CHANGES, MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION - Online Gift Baskets reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify and/or terminate, the "Links Direct" program without prior notice to participating gift basket business operators at any given time, for whatever time and/or duration, without refund, in whole or part, of any monies paid and/or advanced by gift basket business operators in the "Links Direct" program. Additionally, Online Gift Baskets reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change and/or modify the rates and/or service fees as they may apply and/or may/are charged to the gift basket business operators participating in the Online Gift Baskets "Links Direct" program

*CURRENCIES - We operate internationally, however, we do bank in Canada and accordingly, for deposit purposes, all purchases, regardless of the currency employed in the completion of your purchase, will be converted to their equivalent in Canadian funds for our processing. Your credit card company however will ultimately convert your purchase from Canadian funds to its equivalent in your own country's currency or that in which your purchase was completed, for billing purposes and accordingly, your credit card processor may assess a fee to your card for such currency conversion. Such currency conversion fees are not charged by nor included in any fees and/or charges Online Gift Baskets may apply to your purchase nor are they refundable or redeemable by Online Gift Baskets and/or its parent company. Please refer to your credit card processor, and/or cardholder's agreement, for the calculation of any such fees as they may apply.

Product prices indicated in each country/region are in the following currencies: Canada = CA$; United States = US$; South East Asia = US$; European countries (in or out of the European Union) and Republic of Ireland (Southern Ireland) = Euros €; United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales) = GBP £; Australia = AU$; New Zealand = NZ$; Israel = New Shekels; Middle East = US$; South Africa = South African Rand.

*YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will reflect this transaction as having been paid to "CC-OGB 877-228-5855 SASKATOON, CANADA" and/or "CREATIVE COMPLIMENTS CANADA INC." and/or "CREATIVE COMPLIMENTS BY ELLIE, SASKATOON, CANADA" and/or "SASKABASKETS" and/or it's designee, rather than in the name of the company's international network division, "ONLINE GIFT BASKETS", with which you are more familiar and through which you originally arranged your gift basket's purchase, shipping and/or delivery.

*PAYMENT UNRECEIVED as a result of failing to process successfully and/or being challenged by the credit cardholder resulting in return of payment to the credit cardholder, for any reason, Online Gift Baskets is no longer required to provide the "Links Direct" service and shall be saved harmless from any and/or all consequences, whatsoever, arising and/or resulting therefrom. Additionally, and under such aforementioned circumstances, Online Gift Baskets, at it's sole discretion, reserves the right to advise any and/or all credit bureaux and/or any other reporting agencies.

ONLINE GIFT BASKETS reserves the right to change services offered, applicable terms and conditions, published rates and prices at any time and without prior notice.
